New Island of Hawai‘i Pono Pledge Video Released

The Island of Hawai‘i Pono Pledge video was composed and produced by the residents of the island of Hawai‘i.  Created in 2018, Pono Pledge encourages pono practices and reminds all to be mindful of people and place - local traditions, the environment, wildlife, and more.  For more information on the Pono Pledge, visit: ponopledge.com

The Pono Pledge video addresses Hawai‘i Island's Destination Management Action Plan's action F.1 -- increase messaging efforts to uplift and improve access to the Pono Pledge, and shift visitor and residents mindsets as they travel around Hawai‘i Island.
